Cancellation Policy
At Fellini Salon, each appointment is reserved with great care to ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve. As an appointment-based salon, our stylists’ schedules are thoughtfully planned in advance. To maintain the highest level of service for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy.
Confirmation Messages
As a courtesy, we send automated reminders by text/email. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive cancellation fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle exceptions with fairness and discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file.
Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 100% service fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Late Arrivals
Out of respect for all clients, late arrivals may result in modified services or the appointment being rescheduled. If we are unable to accommodate the service due to tardiness, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
